Hey good Peoples, It's been a minute for sure. So much is going on in the world and in my head and I have come to understand that, " If you are gonna live in my head, then where is the RENT?" Yeah, if you ain't paying rent to live up there then I gots to do what I gots to do and that is stop giving you my energy. Stop wasting time thinking that you will change and be the change that I seek. I know it's rather deep, but it's important. So much of media wants to keep your head so full of stuff that you can't think anything good or creative.
I encourage you to get back to creating. Pull out a small sketch book and start filling it with your thoughts and feelings. Get that stuff that doesn't serve you any longer outta YOU so that you can really feel your energy and know how to guard it well. Start expressing yourself on paper in dots, lines, colors and textures. It just might make you feel so much better. Just a little mind cleansing through art.
